How do I change my username?

Contact your Advisor to remove your existing username.
You will be required to re-register with a new username and password, along with new security challenge questions.
To re-register, visit the Client Access site via a web browser.

How do I delete my username?

Contact your Advisor to remove access to your username.
Note: once removed, the username cannot be reused.

How do I access the document(s) my Advisor has shared with me through the Client Site?

That feature is not currently available on the mobile app. Log-in to the Client Access site to view any documents your Advisor has shared with you.

Can I upload a document via the Mobile App to share with my Advisor?

The “Upload Document” feature is not currently available on the mobile app. To share a document with your Advisor, log-in to the Client Access website.

What country app store is required?

The app is available to users whose app store country is Canada. If the user is physically located in another country, they should still be able to download the app.
If the user’s app store country is not Canada, it is not expected that they would to be able to download the app.

Why can’t I take a screenshot on an Android device?

Android users are not able to take screenshots due to our third-party security assessment.
In short, there is a risk should a hacker gain access to the mobile device and discover the photos.
InfoSec required us to enforce this.

What are the operating system requirements to use the mobile app?

iOS 16 – Users with operating systems below iOS 16 will find the app in the App Store, however upon attempting to download the app will be advised that iOS version 16 or later is required and be prevented from downloading the app.
Users should upgrade their operating system to gain access to the app.
Android 13 – Users with operating systems below version 13 will not find the app in the Google Play Store. Users should upgrade their operating system to gain access to the app.
